I was born in 1949 in the suburbs of Boston Massachusetts. I believe growing up in a diverse area with many other cultures influenced my art and how I perceive life. Those perceptions have forged my love for nature and mythology and have created how I craft today.
After moving to Colorado and setting up my studio in 1984, my inspiration started to come from wildlife and the esoteric. I started creating pet portraits, surrealistic images, wildlife, and testing different mediums. My paintings consist of acrylics and textured paints on top of MDF boards, piano benches, saw blades and my other crafts consist of live-edge wood coat racks, carving, design, kitchenware, and portraits.
